  : The bed was clean, comfortable and made well.
  : As soon as we got off the elevator the entire floor wreaked of marijuana. The smell permeated our room.My 21 yr old daughter would not stay in her private room across the hall because the environment made her uneasy.When we pulled into the parking lot, there was a group of people hanging out by their cars sitting on lawn chairs smoking and drinking. Also, originally I had 3 rooms booked, Tom(front desk) said he contacted booking.com to refund me for 1 of the rooms because my son had covid and we made him stay home. Booking.com never reached out to me.

  : Clean, sink leaked terribly, ice machine broken, wifi down, but temp fix made " slow" They were under renovation can't expect perfection, Will probaly be better in the future

  : We got there late due to the flight to Boston and the lobby was closed so we could not get in and there was no contact information. I contacted the hotel and Booking and requested a refund. I have heard nothing about the request. Yhis was very unprofessional and I will never stay there again unless I get a refund.

  : Not much, big bed which was comfy and staff were helpful when I asked the change room
  : The hotel was run down, they say they make it clear it’s under renovation at the time of booking but the don’t and a large portion of the hotel is. Thai wouldn’t be such an issue if there wasn’t pieces of said renovation left in the hallways and common areas. The doors to the rooms are old. I was given a room in the basement, the door had been chipped and looked like someone had forced it open, the window of the room looked up at the car park and the curtains didn’t close properly giving everyone in the lot a view in the room. I asked to move room and was given a room on the first floor which raises the question why this wasn’t provided to start with. This room was fine and spacious but grubby, paint chipped on the walls, everything was just a bit old. I don’t know how this classifies as a 3 star it should be 2 at best.
